In the past, it was enough to smoke up the wooden panels in the restaurant. Add a beer and a schnitzel. The evening was saved. Instead of heavy fare, we throw organic vegetables and sustainably produced meat into the pan and make pulled pork burgers, Sauerland brook trout or beet foam soup. Our creative team of chefs also transform parsley roots and celeriac tubers into crunchy side dishes. In the Seegärtnerei, we rely on local products of excellent quality.
