Sauerland Card
As predicatized health resorts and spas, many municipalities in the Sauerland are allowed to charge a spa fee per overnight stay and guest. In return, guests receive the Sauerland Card on the day of arrival, which is valid until the day of departure. With the Sauerland Card, you can travel free of charge by bus and train on some routes from Schmallenberg via Winterberg to Medebach, from Marsberg to Arnsberg, from Willingen to Möhnesee or from Hallenberg to Eslohe. In addition, the Sauerland Card offers various discounts and reductions at many leisure facilities such as leisure parks, museums, swimming pools and ski resorts.
You can get the Sauerland Card from your hosts in Brilon, Diemelsee, Eslohe, Hallenberg, Medebach, Olsberg, Schmallenberg, Willingen and Winterberg.
