Your path leads you along the barefoot path over small pebbles, wood chippings, mussel shells and other materials. Not only does it feel great, it's also good for your feet. It stimulates the foot reflex zones, regulates blood pressure and thus strengthens the immune system and cardiovascular system. Sebastian Kneipp, a priest and healer from Bad Wörishofen, already knew this. He used nature and its power, which is in everything around us, for health.
"Kneipp" is therefore also known as the "stork walk" through water. You can try it out for yourself on the barefoot path or get a fresh kick in the arm plunge pool! How to do it properly is explained there. It is important that you return to warmth after the cold application and get moving again, for example. We have a few more tips for you, for example in the exercise park north of the pond.
