X5 Stage Iserlohn - Burg Altena
The X5 hiking trail, also known as the Siegerlandweg, is an approximately 117 km long-distance hiking trail of the Sauerland Mountain Association (SGV), which connects Iserlohn with Siegen. The first stage of this trail leads from Iserlohn to Altena and offers a varied mix of nature, culture and history.

From there, the trail continues into the Lenne valley, where the imposing Burg Altena welcomes the hiker.
