E3 - Around Lüttringen

The 8.6 km circular route begins at the Haus Füchten hiking parking lot and leads along asphalt paths to Lüttringen. From there, it continues along farm tracks along the Banner Bach stream to the district of Höingen. After passing through a residential area there, the trail enters the Fürstenberg forest, past the old forester's lodge and into a mixed forest through the Fürstenberg nature reserve. We recommend a short detour to the Fürstenberg chapel (see signs along the way) to enjoy the beautiful view over Neheim and into the Sauerland. Back on the original path, a narrow path turns off to the right at the next opportunity through a mixed beech/oak forest. At the end of the path, you reach a gravel path that continues through the forest, past fish ponds, to Haus Füchten. From there you return to the parking lot.
