Winterberg Tree Climbing Adventure Park

The Winterberg Tree Climbing Adventure takes you high up in the trees. Across five different courses with varying levels of difficulty, participants must navigate their way through the various obstacles. After a brief orientation, climbers can navigate the treetops completely on their own thanks to the modern safety system. Swinging, climbing, and fun elements, as well as zip lines at heights of up to 12 meters, provide plenty of thrills.
At the Winterberg Tree Climbing Adventure, it’s all about the joy of movement. You don’t need to be in top shape or an experienced climber to tackle the different courses. The focus is on having fun. And with the kids’ course, even the littlest ones can find something to try out.
Under the guidance of the instructors, everyone familiarizes themselves with the belay system on the training course. The double belay technique ensures that carabiners can only be unclipped at specific checkpoints, so it’s not possible to unclip both carabiners while on the course. The climbing pros are always nearby and ready to help if you run into any trouble up in the air.
Children as young as 11 can explore the climbing forest on their own. Younger children must be accompanied by an adult. Children as young as 8 can head up into the treetops together with an adult companion.
