The natural village of Deifeld, located in the Dittelsbach Valley, offers numerous well-signposted hiking trails from the hiking portal in the center of the village, such as the wayside shrine hiking trail, the local circular hiking trails D1-D4 and the Medebach mountain trail.

The old bakery and St. Johannes Baptist Church are located very close to the hiking portal.
