The Schreiber Farm Store stands for regional agriculture with family roots: The farm has been in operation for five generations and today has about 130 cows and its own female offspring. A particular focus is on the farm’s own fresh milk, which has been pasteurized in the small on-site dairy since 2020. Through milk vending machines in the region, it reaches customers via a short supply chain; cafés, ice cream shops, restaurants, and hotels also appreciate its natural flavor. The product range is complemented by sausages and other dairy-based products, as well as regional specialties.
