The Schlade Kapelle belongs to the parish of St. Severinus in Calle. The walls of the chapel are divided by ogival windows. It was extensively renovated in 1993 and reconsecrated in 1995. As part of the altar restoration, three figures that had been stolen in 1971 were also replaced.
With a careful roof construction, the octagonal design made of natural stone with a curved slate roof and the closed tambour with a bell roof finial, the chapel is built in the Hessian-Sauerland Baroque style.
It is located on the country road between Meschede and Calle.
