We - the Eder family - run the "Biohof Lämmerberg" here in Medebach.
In addition to our farm with Lacaune dairy sheep and Bresse breeding chickens, we also run a farm cheese dairy where the milk from our sheep and also cow's and goat's milk from organic colleagues is processed into various cheese specialties.
We sell our own products (eggs, poultry and lamb) in our 100% organic farm store. The cheese counter is stocked with our own cheese specialties and various cheeses from other cheese dairies. Our farm store offers a full range of organic products for your daily needs. Fresh fruit and vegetables, drinks, tea and spices, condiments and sauces, delicatessen, pasta, baking and cooking ingredients, frozen goods, sweet and savory spreads, washing and cleaning products, natural cosmetics and much more.
