Kunst im Turm Lippstadt e.V.

The 25th anniversary year started at the beginning of 2024, with the aim of offering visitors a rich, interesting and exciting program of high-quality art throughout the year.

In the 25 years of its existence, the "Kunst-Turm" in the south of Lippstadt has developed into a location for lively cultural life that is firmly anchored in the public consciousness. The unusual architecture of the central hall, which is open at the top, offers generous and attractive, but also challenging usage options over two floors. In addition to literary readings and music events, visual art exhibitions in particular characterize the work of the Kunst-Turm.
Exhibitions by artists of regional and national importance encourage visitors to engage with different artistic positions. In addition, a lively scene of local artists has developed. The "Gruppe Septimus", the "Forum Kunst im Turm" and the "Profiprax Kunst- und Designseminar" each prepare their exhibition on a specific theme once a year and then present it in the Kunst-Turm.

The board, chaired by Thomas M. Arns, together with Dirk Skowronski and Bernd Küchemann, has its sights set on the future. Those responsible see their primary task as attracting younger members and visitors.
