The Kaiser-Heinrich-Bad in Belecke is a mineral spring that is open to the public and invites you to drink. Today, the building houses a fitness center and a salt grotto.
According to legend, the eponymous Emperor Heinrich and his wife bathed in the Belecke water, which relieved and healed their ailments. The old mineral spring, also known as a healing spring, dried up in 1890. 44 years later, in 1934, the spring was rebuilt by the Belecke citizen Kaspar Bracht and the unemployed Kolping members. They also built the bathhouse, which was later extended once again. The old well next to it has a depth of around 5 meters. After the Second World War, the Kaiser-Heinrich-Bad was long regarded as the only mineral spring in the Sauerland.
Since 2007, the "Centre for Exercise and Health Promotion" has been located next to the spring, with a new salt grotto built in 2017 using 20 tons of Himalayan salt. Surrounded by salt that is millions of years old and an 8% brine mist, a climate is created that is comparable to that of the sea. Relaxation and well-being are possible in no time at all.

There are also regular events/courses such as sound relaxation, yoga, Qigong, Indian Balance in the salt cave. Dates on request!
Since January 2022, the salt cave can be used as an extraordinary wedding venue. In cooperation with the registry office of the town of Warstein, a wedding ceremony in the salt cave is possible. The salt cave offers an extraordinary ambience with a very special atmosphere.
