The spacious hiking parking lot is located in the town center on Südstraße by the bridge over the Wenne. Numerous boards provide information about the hiking area - including, of course, the Sauerland-Höhenflug! In addition, further boards provide information about the nature conservation project for the renaturation of the Wenne. A black-marked access path leads along the Wenne and meets the Sauerland-Höhenflug (1 km) at the "Unter den Dornen" road in Wenholthausen.
