Treading water refreshes the feet, improves circulation problems and stimulates the circulation.
Your feet should feel warm when you start treading water.
Walk slowly through the cold water in a "stork walk". After approx. 30 seconds, your feet and lower legs will feel very cold, usually after one lap! Then walk across the meadow to warm up your feet.
This process can be repeated several times.
After treading water, simply remove the water, put on socks and shoes and walk briskly until your feet feel warm again.
Away from traffic, the area around the Kneipp facility in Giershagen with its benches, swings, shelter, fountain and fire pit invites you to linger and cool your feet and legs, especially in summer.
Please keep the area clean and take any garbage back with you! THANK YOU
