The open-air theater Herdringen in Arnsberg is in high season in summer, but plays are also performed in winter. Every year, parents and children look forward to the new plays performed by the amateur actors, which are always staged with great commitment.
One play for children and one play for adults are brought to the stage by the Herdringen open-air theater team. Year after year, the amateur actors delight their audiences with lots of verve, colorful costumes and a love of acting.
The summer theater season runs from May to September. From the beginning of October, the winter theater play, which is performed in the Spielerheim, is fixed. It is designed as an indoor theater and offers space for 80 visitors.
The Herdringen open-air theater in Arnsberg has been in existence since 1954 and offers audiences around 800 covered seats with a good view of the stage. Thanks to a modern, electronic voice and sound transmission system, the acoustics are good in all seats.
