One highlight is the flight show at the Edersee Griffin Sanctuary. Falcons, kites and buzzards perform magnificent flight maneuvers against the backdrop of Edersee with the dam wall and Waldeck Castle. The flight show at the Greifenwarte Edersee takes place from March to October every day except Mondays at 11:00 and 15:00. The inhabitants of the WildtierPark can be observed at any time of year. The 2.5-kilometre circular route through the WildtierPark is suitable for people in wheelchairs and families with baby carriages.
Less experienced wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties or gait instability can borrow an electric scooter free of charge from the BuchenHaus. This allows them to experience a tour of the WildtierPark Edersee independently. Reservations are recommended.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in any of our facilities. Dog crates are available free of charge near the entrance to WildtierPark Edersee. Please speak to the ticket office staff.

NVV-ServcieTelefon: 0800-939-0800 All connections including "AST-Taxi" (AnrufSammelTaxi) connections can be seen in detail via the NVV timetable information - www.nvv.de/fahrplanauskunft Tip for smartphones - download the "NVV Mobil" app from the relevant app store before the tour! In general, the "AST-Taxi" should also be included in the planning. With the AnrufSammelTaxis, the NVV ensures mobility on routes that are not in high demand. Instead of taking the bus, you travel in normal cabs or hire cars. AST cabs also have fixed timetables - all you have to do is (usually) call 30 minutes before your journey. Please also bear in mind that AST cabs only operate when there are no regular buses running at the same time. Call the shared cab center: +49 (0) 5631-5062088
