In the building of the former Usseln dairy, you will find the Upland dairy cow museum and the organic store of the Upland farmer's dairy.
In addition to our own organic pasture milk products and a large selection of regional and national organic cheeses in our cheese counter, you will also find sausages, wine and other organic products as well as a small selection of gift items. Order a gift basket from us for festivities or birthdays! We will be happy to put together an individual cheese platter for you.

We organic farmers not only supply milk, we also process it into regional quality products in our own dairy and market them ourselves. Animal welfare, species and climate protection are top priorities at Upland Bauernmolkerei. Our cows are given outdoor access to Weide whenever possible.
The product range consists exclusively of organic pasture milk products from certified organic farming, which are Bioland and Fairbio-certified:
whole milk, low-fat milk, regional Hessian pasture milk, chocolate milk, natural yoghurt, butter, buttermilk, orange-passion fruit and raspberry-lemon buttermilk, whipped cream, sour cream, sour cream, crème fraîche and hand cheese with and without caraway seeds. We supply these to specialist health food retailers, wholesalers, regional stores and food retailers. We also offer our products in our own organic store.
