La Mela

La Mela combines restaurant and bar above the rooftops of Menden in Sauerland. In our
cuisine, we combine the regions of Sauerland and South Tyrol to create a modern local cuisine,
which preserves the familiar and dares to try something new. Seasonal products, high-quality regional ingredients
and careful craftsmanship characterize our dishes and tell of landscapes,
seasons and culinary roots.
Our restaurant and bar invite you to take time to enjoy. The
menu is accompanied by a changing menu as well as special culinary evenings at

Recurring formats also make La Mela a tangible experience. At the snack Sunday,
homemade cake specialties from our own patisserie meet traditionally hearty
South Tyrolean snack boards with regional products. Convivial and uncomplicated. Once a

La Mela stands for warm hospitality, honest cuisine and regional moments of pleasure
in the Sauerland region. Reservations are required for the restaurant and our gourmet tours.

in the bar, at Jausen-Sonntag and at La Mela Feierabend.

1st Snack Sunday (every Sunday)
Start your Sunday with a treat: From 11:30 to 14:00, we will first spoil you à la carte. From 14:00, our relaxed snack Sunday begins above the rooftops of Menden. Look forward to hearty specialties and sweet creations from our in-house patisserie for genuine South Tyrolean comfort.

La Mela Feierabend (every 1st Thursday of the month)
The perfect meeting place after work in our stylish bar. Leave the daily grind behind and enjoy creative drinks, selected wines and a relaxed atmosphere for a well-deserved evening out.
