1st salt cave
We started our day in Willingen with a visit to the salt grotto. After taking a seat on comfortable loungers, we were able to soak up the power of the natural salt stones from the Himalayas. The built-in mini Gradierwerk also has a positive effect on the body and mind. A perfect start to the day!
2nd healing herbs & soul time with Nina Cremer
From the salt cave, we then went to Usseln to Nina Cremer. Our colleague received a Reiki treatment at her home. Nina lays her hands on the body and can feel blockages, set impulses and harmonize your energy balance. You could feel the effect straight away. Afterwards, we went out into nature, where we were able to immerse ourselves in the healing herbs and soul time. Everything from sensory perception, meditation, herbalism and enjoying nature was included. A truly impressive experience!
3rd GlückAuf meditation
The GlückAuf meditation with Susanne Müller was a real highlight. After diving deep into the tunnel, we came to a magical place. A niche in the mine that Susanne chose for her singing bowl meditation. We lay down on loungers and let the pure air and the energy of the slate stone work on us and our energy. After leaving the mine, we were completely relaxed and thrilled by the unique effect.
4th restaurant tip: K1 hut
A healthy snack at K1 rounded off our relaxed stay in Willingen. We ordered our Essen at the uncomplicated self-service counter and were able to pick it up after a short wait. The salad plate and the pasta with Mediterranean vegetables definitely won us over, as did the impressive location next to the chairlift and the bike park.
