Sauerland tourism presents itself at the CMT trade fair in Stuttgart this weekend

The Sauerland is showing its best side: from January 18 to 20, 2025, "Germany's inspiring outdoor region" will be presenting itself at the renowned Caravan Motor Tourism (CMT) trade fair in Stuttgart. Under the motto "Discover. Experience. Breathe deeply." Sauerland Tourism invites trade fair visitors to discover the many opportunities for unforgettable vacations in the region.

This includes information on the numerous cycling and hiking offers that make the Sauerland a real paradise for active vacationers. Whether on the exciting quality hiking trails of the Sauerland-Wanderdorf hiking villages, the challenging trails for mountain bikers in the bike parks or on relaxed river and railroad cycle paths for families - the Sauerland has something for everyone.

"The Sauerland is the No. 1 outdoor region in North Rhine-Westphalia and impresses with an incomparable portfolio of activities, excursion destinations and sights," explains Robin Daniel, marketing employee at Sauerland Tourism. "We want to inspire visitors to the CMT with our impressive landscape, our first-class offers and our warm hospitality." In addition to classic outdoor activities, the focus will also be on new trend topics such as nature-oriented caravanning, sustainable travel and wellbeing offers. At the trade fair stand, visitors can expect a competent team that will provide tips for tailor-made vacation planning and present exciting highlights of the region.

CMT in Stuttgart is one of the world's largest trade fairs for leisure and tourism. With around 300,000 expected visitors, it offers the ideal platform to present the Sauerland to a wide audience as a versatile and attractive vacation destination. The local tourism association can be found in Hall 9 at Stand C38 and the local Green Trails will also be on site to provide information about Europe's largest mountain bike trail project at Stand B55.
