Sauerland Tourism is now bundling its cycle tourism offering on the new, central platform www.sauerland-radwelt.de. The launch of the website replaces the previous, separate websites www.radeln-nach-zahlen.de (touring cycling) and www.bike-arena.de (sportive cycling).

For the first time, the new website brings together the entire cycling offer in "Germany's inspiring outdoor region" in one place - clear, modern and much more user-friendly. In future, visitors will find all information about cycling in the Sauerland in a compact package: from relaxed touring cycle routes on old railroad lines or along rivers to sporty highlights for gravel bikers, mountain bike fans or racing bike enthusiasts.

When developing the platform, particular attention was paid to a clear structure, quick orientation and intuitive operation. The new website is fully responsive so that content can also be used optimally on a smartphone while on the move - whether planning a tour at home or directly at the starting point.

In addition, www.sauerland-radwelt.de offers a comprehensive overview of the various cycling regions in the Sauerland as well as inspiration for suitable tours and excursion destinations. Users can find specific tour types and interests and receive practical information for individual planning - from route profiles and tour descriptions to suitable refreshment stops and services along the route.

"With the redesigned website, we are creating a central point of contact for all cycling fans - whether they are out and about for pleasure or sport. The site is much clearer, more modern and, above all, perfectly usable on the go thanks to the responsive design. This makes planning tours in the Sauerland even easier and more inspiring," explains Lajana Hebbecker, Cycling Theme Manager at Sauerland Tourism.

With the new platform, Sauerland Tourism is strengthening the digital visibility of cycling as a central tourism theme in the region and making it even easier to experience the Sauerland as a cycling destination.
