Start the almost 60-kilometre cycle tour at Rumbeck Monastery (parking spaces are available here). Follow the Meschede road in the direction of Arnsberg. In Arnsberg, the cycle path leads to Wedinghausen Monastery. From here, cycle back to the Ruhr, along the Ruhr loop towards Bruchhausen, where it is worth visiting the Rodentelgen Chapel. You leave Bruchhausen and branch off via Herdringen to Oelinghausen Monastery. After visiting Oelinghausen Monastery, cycle back to the Ruhr via Hüsten and cycle along the other side of the Ruhr via Bruchhausen and Niedereimer back to Arnsberg. The route leads back to the starting point in Rumbeck via Uentrop.
