The water of the Alme emerges from 104 springs and offers visitors to this unique place a fascinating and meditative sight. The Alme spring pond is one of the spiritual and powerful places selected as part of the "Sauerland.inspiration" project. Visitors are offered a variety of spaces to experience silence and tranquillity in the great outdoors.
The circular trail covers approx. 1800 m and is close to nature and accessible.
The circular route starts at the Alme Entenstall (Untere Bahnhofstraße). Follow the flat path for approx. 500 m to the former factory site. After the factory building, turn left and walk up a slightly ascending ramp to the upper ditch of the Alme (approx. 100 m). After about 250 m along the upper ditch you reach the Alme spring pond. At the information boards (100 m), turn right and continue straight on towards the church (600 m). After passing the cemetery and the Grubenhaus, turn right again before the church back to the Alme duck stable (250m).
