The only outdoor swimming pool in the municipality of Diemelsee is located in Vasbeck. The pool is heated using local heat from the town’s biogas plant, which keeps the water temperature in the 15 x 25 m pool at a constant 28°C.

Properties:
The pool features a fast stainless-steel slide, a diving board, and four starting blocks.
For the youngest visitors, there is a large wading pool measuring 3.5 x 5 m with a slide and a water-spraying turtle. A large sunshade protects young swimmers from direct sunlight.
In addition to a well-maintained lawn, the sunbathing area features a covered seating area, two rocking animals for children, a ping-pong table, and shade provided by trees and umbrellas.
The pool’s unique charm comes from the eye-catching color schemes on the buildings and the flower beds.
All areas are wheelchair-accessible; the changing rooms are heated.
A changing table is available for our youngest guests.
