Rehbach Beach is located on the southern shore of Lake Eder, about three kilometers west of the dam. The beach, made of fine gravel, is about 400 meters long and is supervised by the DLRG. This makes the Rehbach Beach Resort ideal for families. A playground, campground, a beach volleyball court, and restaurants round out the amenities. Admission is free!
A passenger ferry runs from Rehbach to the Scheid Peninsula and back. The crossing takes only a few minutes.
