We have been running our traditional farm regionally, transparently and according to Bioland guidelines for 19 generations. We offer beef from our Angus and Wagyu cattle, artisan raw milk cheese, Bruderhahn eggs and processed poultry products in jars from Bruderhahn production. The pasture-raised chickens and honey from our cooperation partners are also part of our range.
