Mountaincart

If you love whizzing down the mountains on skis, sleds, mountain bikes, or—of course—on our summer toboggan run , then our newest attraction is just the thing for you: Where skiers take to the slopes in winter, you can now zoom down the ski run in our Mountaincarts and enjoy the magnificent view from Ritzhagen over the Willingen mountains.
You and your cart will head uphill on our Ritzhagen chairlift, which we put into operation specifically for this purpose in the summer. Hikers and cyclists are also welcome to use the 6-person chairlift in the future.
On the way down, you’ll zoom down our 1,100-meter-long track on these three-wheeled fun sports vehicles—great fun for all ages. Carts are available in sizes XS through XXL.
Children aged ten or older, or who are at least 1.35 meters tall, may ride alone. Adults can also ride on the cart together with their children. A total weight of up to 120 kilograms is permitted. You’re welcome to bring your own helmet or rent one of ours (helmets are required).
So come join us—you can always feel the breeze on your face here at the Willingen Ski Resort, even in the summer.
By the way, you’ll have a perfect view of the track from the large sun terrace of our ski and toboggan hut,“Einkehrschwung.”
At Ritzhagen, you can always enjoy a great day with the summer toboggan run, two 60-meter-long wooden ball tracks, a playground, a giant trampoline, and a summer tubing run.
