After an expert introduction to climbing and safety techniques
, you can head for the heights on the 750m² indoor wall. 3000 holds and a hall height of 10 m offer up to 160 different routes with varying degrees of difficulty.
On the indoor climbing wall, you can push yourself to your
physical limits, just like when climbing outdoors. However, the advantage of indoor climbing is that you can train your fitness regardless of the weather. You can belay from the age of 16 and climb from the age of 6.
If that's not enough, you can challenge your strength on the 4 m high bouldering wall with an overhang of up to 85°. Bouldering is climbing without a rope, so you don't need a partner to belay you. The protection is provided by soft floors.
A fun Olympics is offered for groups. Two or more teams compete against each other. The focus is not on athletic performance, but on teamwork and fun. With climbing, archery and crate stacking, you are guaranteed to have an unforgettable time.
